Get A Professionally Written Linkedin Profile
You have to realise there is so much opportunity on Linkedin to connect with recruiters.
Headhunters will search for 8 hours a day on Linkedin to find you and if you don’t have your profile looking like a million dollars then you are missing out on new job opportunities.
Here are some tips we recommend.
Use a professional to get your Linkedin profile written.
The CV Centre is our number one recommended service. They have been writing CVs since 1998 and Linkedin profiles since 2006. They know how to write your profile so that it will pop and stand out from the crowd.
Top CV is our number two recommended service but they are more expensive than The CV Centre for Linkedin profile writing and there is no difference in the quality (£50 vs £125 – or £90 for a Senior profile).

Give recommendations & start asking for recommendations.
It’s really important to have at least two recommendations on your profile. If you give them out then you are likely to get them back. Also, you can write messages to former employees or co-workers and ask them for a recommendation.
Get a professional headshot
You really can’t use a selfie or a photo a friend took in a bar or on holiday. That is not going to cut it. One of your friends is likely a photographer or a trainee photographer. Ask them for a photoshoot!
Have a CALL TO ACTION
Make it easy for recruiters to contact you. Leave your email on your profile or tell them to connect via private message. Be clear in what you are looking for and then sit back and wait for the invitations to come in.
Overall, good luck! May you get the job you really want!
